Wow! What an incredible week we have had in Draíocht! The pupils of Scoil Bhríde Buachaillí and Scoil Bhríde Cailíní took to the stage for four sold out shows of the Irish amateur premiere of ‘Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ from Thursday 25th to Saturday 27th April. The work of the last few months paid off as the entire cast gave four amazing performances to huge acclaim from those lucky enough to have secured tickets amongst the packed houses. A word of thanks to the staff, Parent Association, parents, Student Council, pupils and Board of Management of Scoil Bhríde Buachaillí as well as to our patrons Blanchardstown & District Credit Union, Labour Party Councillor John Walsh, Waterville’s Little Stars and Westend Barbers, all of our sponsors and anybody who helped out in any way. Congratulations to our cast members, who no doubt feel tremendous pride in their accomplishments! Special memories have been created which will be cherished forever! Well done and thanks to all!
