September has been a very busy, exciting month for Senior Infants! We have been learning all about Autumn and animals that hibernate and migrate for the Winter. The boys practiced their skills as vets taking care of the animals in our veterinary clinic. We enjoyed playing with the small world farm and sorting the animals into different groups.

We have been having lots of fun in our art lessons! We made puffy paint cupcakes using PVA glue and shaving foam. These were really fun! We also painted Autumn trees, by tracing around our hands and using cotton buds to paint the leaves.  We also made rice krispie buns. They were so tasty!

We have been working hard revising our phonics from Junior Infants. We have been practicing our letter formation in our handwriting copies.
